Foundation:
Liquid / Powder or UV Gel Course for beginner
Course will cover natural nail preparation, tip application+blending, product application, finishing techniques, maintenance treatments and e-file introduction. To maintain industry high standards training is commenced on a one to one basis. It will also include comprehensive training manual, product kit and total technical support. Course is certified on its successful completion. Model required on final assessment day.
Intermediate / Refresher Techniques Day
One to One Training
Maintaining those high standards is vital for the professional nail technician and as the nail industry is constantly evolving we aim to keep you up to date with the very latest trends and techniques. This course will show you effective ways that are easier and more comfortable for the busy nail tech and how to reduce your working time with no quality compromise.
Advanced:
Liquid/Powder or UV Gel Course
Following initial assessment your Educator will help you improve existing skills and teach time saving and money making techniques. Topics covered include the 60 minute full set or back fill techniques, perfecting smile lines, combining liquid/powder with Charisma gel and novice 3D Nail Art Designs. Years of salon experience enables us to pass on to you valuable business advice and ways in which to improve the profitability of your business.
Basic Design
This workshop is suitable for applying nail art to the natural nails and artificial nail enhancements. Nail art is a great way to decorate beautifully manicured finger and toe nails, and is could be a perfect finish to nail enhancements. Basic nail art can significantly improve your profits as well as attracts more clients to use your services.
Advanced Design
Add excitement to any acrylic or gel enhancements. With advanced nail art you can illuminate every look with a sparkling accent of dazzling glimmer. Choose from confetti, sprinkles, stars and glitters. These sleek, eye catching inlays can be easily embedded in any enhancements for an endlessly creative new dimension of style and fun.
Electric Nail File Training
More and more technicians are realising the benefits both to them and their clients in utilising an electric nail file. Learn how to reduce your full set application time, perform cost effective backfills and even use it to offer nail art with a difference. This course is a MUST for the busy technician ensuring safe and correct use of speed filing techniques that will save you further time, money and energy.
In-Salon Training
If you are a salon owner, our Educator may be able to visit you. This training can be structured to suit your salon needs. For instance: Conversion to the “Charisma” system – electric file introduction and training – refresher training covering infill/backfills and repairs – time saving techniques and profit making ideas.
Conversion Course
This course is suitable for the nail technicians or salons who wish to convert to “Charisma” Acrylic or “Charisma” UV Gel systems. |
